We ship across India. Orders are carefully packed to protect the wood's natural fragrance and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Returns

Because sandalwood is a natural, fragrance-sensitive product, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
